Was a little disapointed the ball did not hold the glow for very long. Other wise the kids loved the ball.

Comments about Mikasa Glow in the Dark Volleyball:
Volleyball has been great for recreational use, although it glows in the dark for a bit, it really isn't needed at most courts which have lighting already there.

Q1: How long will the ball glow and how to you charge it up?
A: According to the supplier, the best way to charge the volleyball is to leave it under a fluorescent light. The longer you can leave it there, the longer and brighter it will glow. It will usually glow for 15 to 20 minutes with a bright glow, and then slowly begin to dim for another 15 to 20 minutes – making a total of 30 to 40 minutes in all. He said most people buy 2 or 3 balls and rotate them, charging 1 or 2 while playing with the charged ball.
