Good ball for beginners. Doesn't hurt as much when you hit it, just have to break in the ball. Texture is soft.

this is probably my 6th tachikara volleyball in the last 11 years.
Used 3x weekly about 1 1/2 hours each time for rec volleyball during lunch break. The only disappointing thing is that the balls only last about 1-1&1/2 years before losing air & needing to be replaced.
the hardest decision is always which great color to choose! I have had several royal & white, a pink & white & now a yellow & white and have seen other colors at the local junior highs & high schools and ALL look great!
